Angeliki is a seasoned story strategist and philanthropy advisor with a diverse academic background and extensive expertise in non-profit management, communications and storytelling. She holds a Bachelor's degree in History and Archaeology from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, a Master’s degree (MA) and PhD in Classical Archaeology from Bryn Mawr College in Pennsylvania, USA, and an MBA from the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom. Additionally, she has earned a Certificate in Public Narrative: Leadership, Storytelling, and Action from Harvard University’s Kennedy School.
Her professional experience spans cultural management, strategic communications, and non-profit leadership. She is the founder of Storymentor, a non-profit organization that leverages storytelling to raise awareness about social and environmental issues, fostering advocacy and driving meaningful change. As the Executive Director of the Athanasios C. Laskaridis Charitable Foundation (2015-2024), she spearheaded initiatives focused on marine conservation and reducing plastic pollution and played a key role in advancing Greece's national ban on single-use plastics.
Her publications include a monograph on classical sculpture and iconography, a book on storytelling, and several articles on archaeology and marine conservation. She is a frequent contributor to Greek media and a podcaster, while she serves as a mentor for women in entrepreneurship and public life. Angeliki holds leadership positions as a Board Member of the Hellenic Impact Investing Network, an Advisory Board member at the think-tank DIANEOSIS and a Scientific Board member at Cycladic Identity (Museum of Cycladic Art). She has previously served as Vice President of the Greek National Tourism Organization (GNTO) and The People’s Trust.
